• Re-setting of stones that have come loose (the item must be sent back to us for repair).

The warranty does not cover:

• Broken or damaged stones resulting from misuse or impact.
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or fading.
• Loss or theft of the jewelry.
• Damage due to improper care or exposure to harsh chemicals.
• Piercings, custom-made items, or any jewelry that has been worn — these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Assessment: Our team will evaluate the issue and confirm whether it’s covered under the warranty. Photos or additional details may be requested.

Repair or Replacement: We will repair the item or provide a replacement. If the original product is unavailable, a similar item of equal value will be offered.

Express Within Israel
• Express Delivery: ₪60 – delivered within 1-3 business days after dispatch.
