Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

If the items in your order are in stock we will prepare your order immediately. That means you will only have a limited amount of time to change or cancel your order. Once your order has been processed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order. You can return your order once you have received it.

What happens after I place my order?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with a personal order number. Then we’ll start preparing your order. For personalized items, we’ll create them to your specifications.
Once your order is ready, we’ll wrap each item with care.
After that we’ll dispatch your order within 1-4 business days. You’ll receive a shipping notification with a tracking number to follow your order’s progress.

Please note that all our jewelry is handmade, so your patience is appreciated. Each gemstone is unique and natural, which means there may be slight variations in the stones. We hope you enjoy wearing your special pieces!

  • Standard: $18 USD (10–14 business days)

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship worldwide.

International delivery times depend on the country and local postal services.

Customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

What is your return policy?

You may return items within 14 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within up to 10 business days after inspection.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

How do I track my order?

What does the 6-month warranty cover?

We offer a 6-month warranty that covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty materials
  • Broken clasps
  • Loose stones
  • Structural issues

Not covered:

Loss, wear & tear, misuse, scratches, or custom engraved items.

Are your jewelry pieces waterproof?

Most of our jewelry is water-resistant, crafted for everyday wear.

925 sterling silver and stainless steel can be worn in the shower/sea.

Gold-plated items should be kept dry to maintain long-lasting shine.
