Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

If the items in your order are in stock we will prepare your order immediately. That means you will only have a limited amount of time to change or cancel your order. Once your order has been processed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order. You can return your order once you have received it.

What happens after I place my order?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with a personal order number. Then we’ll start preparing your order. For personalized items, we’ll create them to your specifications.
Once your order is ready, we’ll wrap each item with care.
After that we’ll dispatch your order within 1-4 business days. You’ll receive a shipping notification with a tracking number to follow your order’s progress.

Please note that all our jewelry is handmade, so your patience is appreciated. Each gemstone is unique and natural, which means there may be slight variations in the stones. We hope you enjoy wearing your special pieces!

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Can I return my items?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, Non-personalised jewelry can be returned within 14 days from its delivery day at own expense (most of the time via letter post with just some stamps). Due to hygienic reasons we only accept unworn jewelry returns. If you want to return (part of) your order because you have either made a mistake ordering or you are not completely satisfied with your order you can place a return request with this link:
