We hope you love your jewelry, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• In the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with original tags.
• Returned in the original packaging.
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We’ll review the case and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have.
Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must meet the same conditions listed above (unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase).

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
