• Re-setting of stones that have come loose (the item must be sent back to us for repair).

• Loss or theft of the jewelry.
• Damage due to improper care or exposure to harsh chemicals.
• Piercings, custom-made items, or any jewelry that has been worn — these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
